*28 day guarantee: Terms and conditions

1. 28 days start: The 28 days starts from the date of the first home open.
2. Price: The sale price of the home for sale is to be agreed upon by both parties. If the price cannot be agreed upon then no guarantee applies. Seller and Donald Property Group are to agree on a sales range price with the use of RP Data valuation to be used as market guide.
3. Advertising: The seller agrees to pay $1100 marketing costs up front to market the home, any marketing dollars not spent will be refunded, an itemized account will be provided.
4. Home opens: The seller agrees to have home opens weekly for the first 4 weeks once the property is loaded onto Realestate.com.au, with home opens after that to be negotiated between the seller and the agent. If the property is tenanted and the tenant won’t allow weekly home opens the sale period is extended to 42 days with a minimum of 3 home opens in the 42 day period.
5. Rejected offer: Any offer rejected within the agreed price range voids the guarantee.
6. Breach of the terms and conditions voids the guarantee.
7. This guarantee expires 180 days from signing.
