Victoria Park is a part of the Town of Victoria Park giving the suburb easy access to nearby shopping centres, leisure centres, school and a variety of community activities.
The suburb predominantly consists of houses, with 43% of the suburb’s properties being houses. Curtin University is 4 km away from the heart of town and can easily be access via public transport. On the other hand, UWA is only 10 km away and ECU Mt Lawley is only 11 km away from the suburb.
Being only 6km away from Perth CBD has given Victoria Park great access to public transport. With the train station on the edge of the suburb, getting into the city or heading towards Armadale is a breeze. As well as public transport, Vic Park is also located near Albany highway and Shepperton road and the Causeway bridge which gives resident easy access into the city and the WACA.
Victoria Park central is located near the center of town and can be easily accessed by public transport. This shopping centre is a small centre with a few cafes, hairdressers, small food stores and a large chain supermarket. Perth CBD offers a larger range of stores and can be easily accessed, as outlined earlier.
